We offer two shipping options:

  • Express Shipping - Faster delivery, prices shown at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to spread God's Word to believers everywhere. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you need to modify your order
  • Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

45-Day Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sacred jewelry. You may return or exchange items within 45 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging (box, pouch, certificate)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your return request
  3. Upon approval, you'll receive return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Refund Types

After inspection by our Customer Service team, approved returns will receive either:

  • Store Credit - For future purchases on our website
  • Full Refund - Returned to your original payment method

The type of refund will be determined based on the reason for return and condition of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Engraved or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

International Returns

  • International customers may return items but exchanges are not available
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees and any customs/duties paid are non-refundable
  • Please mark packages as "Return Merchandise" to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@ziporra.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


WARRANTY PROTECTION

Your nano chip containing the complete New Testament is protected by our Lifetime Warranty. For warranty claims or questions about the inscription technology, please visit our Warranty page or contact Customer Service.
